How to Measure Your Guitar

Measure from the tip of the heel down the back to the edge of the tail (end of the instrument.)  Note: your guitar should measure 1″-2″ shorter than the listed dimension, as there is usually extra area in the heel area of a case.

The thickest section of the body, usually around the lower bout or tail area. Add ¼” – ½” for the bridge and saddle.

Tip of Headstock down to the tail.

Measure across the widest part of the top.

The widest part of the shoulders, above the soundhole.

This is an optional measurement, usually not effecting the case selection. Contact us if you are concerned about your selection before purchasing.
